Cousin Who Loaned Truck to Utah Amber Alert Suspect Said Man Seemed `Desperate`

An infant was found safe, but the father is still on the loose following an Amber Alert in Utah Friday. A man who identified himself as the suspect`s cousin says he seemed desperate when asking to borrow his truck.
